Viewing responses to a comment circulation

You can see the responses of the recipients for all of the documents in a comment circulation in one view.

To view the responses to a circulation:

1. Open the Circulations view as described in Understanding the Circulations view. Responses can be viewed in either the Inbox or Outbox folders.
2. In the row for the circulation that you want to view, on the Actions menu, click View.
3. A dialog box appears that shows the circulation properties, lists the documents in the circulation, and shows the current responses for each document.

You can hide obsolete comments, print the selected view, show related comments, and add the documents to the Clipboard by clicking links in the heading.
